Juan José (Jou) Escoda.
Vine-grower and responsible of cellar tasks. Founder and soul of the company. He manages everything, from the vines that will produce the grapes, up to the bottles shipped from the cellar.

Toni Coca.    
Oenologist and wine-maker. He is simultaneously the technician and the artist. He sets the philosophy and elaboration guidelines, and supervises the whole process, up to the minimum detail. His philosophy is to look for the tipicality, the essence, the one that makes us unique.

Emili Mayo.
           
Economist and sommelier. He manages the company,  the business strategy, marketing and finance.

Miquel Coca           
Person in charge of distribution and exports. He is our visible face in front of distributors, media and international exhibitions
